Before ordering a custom size, please make sure your bag model is not available on joyinbag.com

1. First, select the color you want. We have 17 color options in total.
2. If you know, write the brand and model of the bag.
3. Write the size of the bag organizer insert you need.(Eg L-25 cm / H-10 cm / W-10 cm etc.)
Measure the dimensions of the tote bag from the outside. Send us the dimensions as Length x Height x Width. You should have the measurements by yourself since the size information on the tote bag websites are not usually accurate. If you feel like you don't measure correctly, you can review our measurement guide.

Please note that the felt color may have some slight differences depending on the color you see on the images.

• Washing: Felt fabric can be washed in cold water at 30°C (86°F). Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents, as they can damage the material.
• Spot Cleaning: For minor dust and small stains, gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth or use a soft brush to remove debris.
• Stain Removal: If needed, lightly scrape off stains with your hand or a soft brush. Avoid excessive rubbing to maintain the texture of the felt.
• Drying: Allow the organizer to air dry naturally. Do not use a tumble dryer or expose it to direct heat, as this may cause shrinkage or distortion.
• Storage: When not in use, store in a cool, dry place to maintain its shape and durability.
