Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a deficiency on our part. If there is an issue with your product, we will issue an exchange.

Refunds are not valid in our store.

Cancellations

We only accept order cancellations within the first 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot process cancellations due to the custom-made nature of our products.
